Financials Related Training

Financials training will include a CAPPS Financials Overview course, covering CAPPS Navigation Overview and Fundamentals, as well as courses on:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Asset Management
  • Billing
  • Commitment Control
  • Contracts
  • eProcurement
  • General Ledger
  • Inventory
  • Planning and Budgeting
  • Project Costing
  • Purchasing

The use of Oracle’s User Productivity Kit (UPK) to create training will allow users to take refresher training at their convenience after the initial instructor-led training. In addition, as the system is upgraded over time, users will have the option to access updated training materials online instead of having to attend additional instructor-led training.

UPK also allows agencies to access and print the latest training materials, including job aids and participant training guides, as materials are needed.
