Fit/Gap Work Sessions for HR/Payroll
From April – May 2010, agency requirements were put through the Fit/Gap process in another series of work sessions. Each requirement was compared to the functionality in PeopleSoft 9.1 software. If the software met the requirement, it was considered a “fit.” If the software couldn't meet the requirement without modification, it was identified as a “gap.” Gaps will be managed by changing the business process or by customizing the software.
More than 500 agency staff participated in Fit/Gap Work Sessions, with some attending several work sessions a week.
