Training
Training is a key component of ProjectONE. ProjectONE trainers are developing standard course materials and documentation to assist the participating agencies in developing customized end-user training, logistics and implementation plans.
ProjectONE will provide end-user training for agencies with a small number of users, such as DIR. For agencies with a large number of users, ProjectONE will use a Train-the-Trainer approach to prepare the agency’s training team to manage all aspects of CAPPS instruction.
CAPPS training will be created in Oracle’s User Productivity Kit (UPK), a software tool that enables the ProjectONE training team to record every keystroke, every mouse click and every menu option in the process of using CAPPS, then lets the user play back the information in various modes as needed. The UPK’s See It, Try It, Know It and Do It modes provide four levels of interactive learning for end users, as well as additional resources for agency training leads.
The final product will produce multiple outputs, including instructor guides, job aids, interactive simulations and support within the application.
