Agency ERP Project Review Process

In July 2008, the Comptroller launched a review process mandated by Gov’t Code, Chapter 2101, 81st Texas Legislature, Regular Session. This bill requires all projects involving financial, human resource and payroll systems to be consistent with statewide ERP goals. Agencies must submit a one-page Agency ERP Project Request form PDF to ensure their projects are compatible with current ProjectONE efforts.

The process began on July 1, 2008, and applies to all agency and institution projects that meet the criteria listed on the Agency ERP Project Request form, regardless of whether the agency or institution considers the project to be ERP-related.
